What is a Field Service Visit or an Onsite Interview: This service will get lenders and other companies in touch with their borrowers as well as providing onsite inspection services to the financial and insurance industries. This offers you the ability to have a “Face to Face” contact through one of our field representatives who will convey an urgent message to your borrower to contact you, immediately.
This can include door knocks, site inspections, merchant site inspections, documenting the condition of collateral, and documents signing.
The primary objective for a field visit is to make contact with your customer / borrower listed on the assignment order, this contact results in obtaining information or getting them on the phone with the lender. We adhere to the Federal Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA) and State guidelines.
What we can do for you:
We will dispatch one of our professional investigators to your borrower’s location in an attempt to make direct contact with your hard to reach borrower. We will request the borrower contact your customer service representative while we are present. If there is collateral our representative will inquire as to its location and document the condition if it is present. A detailed report regarding the outcome of the visit along with complimentary photos of the location and/or the collateral will be returned to your office. We can also leave your sealed letter as a door hanger if no contact is made. This is an effective way of contacting the borrower.
